Factory Worker Evenings 4.55pm to Midnight – Lincoln to Newark Evenings (FREE Transport Provided)

Shifts available;
Sunday to Thursday – 16.55 – 00.00 (Midnight) shift pattern (Fridays and Saturdays off)

With opportunities to progress to Skilled or Multi Skilled through internal progression;

Permanent role direct with Bakkavor Desserts Newark from day one, with excellent development opportunities to move into Skilled roles, Multi Skilled and Section Leader roles.

About the role

As we provide outstanding service to our customers, we are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives to come and join us and become a part of our successful team.

As a Factory Operative you will be preparing, mixing and ensuring the production lines are operating efficiently. We manufacture many different products within the business so there’s a lot of variety within the role.

You will be a team player, resilient and will be able to adapt to a factory environment as it can be busy, pressured, cold and wet. Your safety is our priority and to ensure this we will provide you with training and the relevant personal protective equipment.
