Koya, which first opened in Soho in 2010, is an all-day Japanese udon restaurant with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce. Our noodles are made fresh every morning and cycled out to all the restaurants. Whilst still very much a part of the Koya family, Koya Ko is the more casual, fast-paced, ‘little-sister’ to Soho and City.Our newest opening on Hackney’s Broadway Market is our first neighbourhood location, with a large outside terrace. Ko has a whole new menu to eat-in, takeaway and deliver; savvy ordering system and room for tachi-gui (standing while dining), but it still retains Koya’s roots with freshly made udon and dashi at the heart.
We are a small but growing company with an international and diverse team, looking for a friendly and hard-working FOH to join our team. We offer regular team bonding and learning experiences such as knife sharpening, butchery classes, tea tastings and supplier visits.
