Job Description:
This role will report to the Director FP&A –Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver recurring sales, compensation, and fixed spend reporting and analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly sales performance reporting and partner with the team to incorporate feedback from key sales and operations stakeholders
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to determine sales-based bonus compensation
- Produce monthly reporting on overhead, travel, and discretionary spending
- Partner with other teams to ensure existing reporting continues to evolve to meet their needs
- Incorporate any changes to the business structure into recurring reporting and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes
- Support the team with month-end close responsibilities and ad hoc analysis as needed
