We're looking for a Volunteer Data & Systems Coordinator to join our team where you'll be:
- Enabling the strategic ambitions of the RSPCA in terms of volunteering
- Supporting the development of an effective and positive volunteer experience, with the aim to deepen engagement and develop long term support and recognition across the organisation
- Helping with managing the RSPCA volunteering data and information networks and systems, including Assemble (our Volunteer Data Management & Engagement System)
- Acting as the subject matter expert on Assemble for the RSPCA

This is a home worker role with regular travel to RSPCA offices and establishments. For the first couple of weeks an in person induction of 3/4 days will also be required at either our Horsham office or an animal centre close to you.

Here's some of the key work that you will be doing...
- Work with Volunteer Assurance & Engagement Manager and Volunteer Experience Partners to develop Assemble to support new initiatives and volunteering programme changes, including Assemble training videos
- Maintain the back office functions of Assemble to manage the permission groups, hierarchy and data set
- Maintain role profiles and training modules, working with L&D to manage the link between Assemble and MyLearningHive for new/existing eLearn packages.
- Manage the Document Hub ensuring correct access is maintained for all volunteer roles
- Act as contact for internal customers regarding Assemble
- Work collaboratively with other charities within the Assemble User Forum group and maintain a good understanding of volunteering and CRM systems within the marketplace.

- GCSE level qualifications or equivalent
- Understanding of volunteering and CRM systems
- Extensive experience of building and managing constructive working relationships with national coverage
- Complaint resolution and reputational management.
- Successful experience of participating in cross functional projects with tangible results
