About the role

Visitor Assistants at the Museum are part of our Visitor Experience team within the Commercial and Visitor Experience department. They provide direction, information, experiences and sales to our visitors, inspiring people in the natural world through our collections and scientific research. They ensure that visitors to the Natural History Museum are provided with an engaging visit in a well-presented and safe environment, through the active provision of excellent customer service and knowledge of the offer.

About you

You’ll be an enthusiastic and positive communicator who enjoys working with the public in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A pro-active approach to engaging people and adaptability are essential for this post. Previous experience of supporting people in a busy and complex visitor attraction would be highly desirable.
