Veterinary Receptionist
Our client is a busy Independent mixed Veterinary Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire and they are looking for a happy, caring and self-motivated receptionist who will complement their existing enthusiastic and hardworking team.
What your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting clients/customers
- Booking appointments
- Keeping the reception area and waiting room clean and tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Dispensing medication
- Taking payments
- Ensuring consulting rooms are clean and fully stocked
- Bank, post and lunch runs in to town when required
The successful candidate will be able to work full or part time. Hours would be on a rota basis and to cover our opening hours of 8:00am to 6:45pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays (1 in 4) 8:00am-1:30pm.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
