We have 54 stores in 8 countries across the world, going from the UK where it all started, to the US, South Korea and the Gulf region.
About the Role
We are looking to recruit Full time Shop Assistants to work across multiple locations in Central London. Our shops are fast-paced and dynamic, and we need people who can take great care of our cookies and our customers. The successful applicant will work across a maximum of 3 separate locations.
Their responsibilities will be as follows:
- To roll and bake cookies using our freshly prepared dough and our bespoke ovens.
- To assist customers in all aspects of their purchase (including answering queries on product ingredients, explaining special offers, serving hot and cold drinks etc.)
- To operate the till and perform cash handling duties.
- To ensure that the cookie display area is always kept to our high standards.
- To assist with cleaning and restocking of the store.

About You
- You will have previous experience in the Food and Beverage retail industry (desired but not essential).
- You will need to have the ability to work at fast pace in a busy store.
- You will be available and flexible as per the shift/rota patterns above.
- You will need to have a passion for outstanding customer service.
- You will have a friendly and professional attitude.
Full time 40 hours a week contract, with the potential for more hours on occasions. Please note that this is a Permanent on-going position (not a seasonal job) and you must be flexible to work on a rota/shift basis.
