No more billable hour, no more client complaints Our aim is to provide legal services through lawyers plus AI for non-reserved activities, as per SRA guidance We’re hiring a venture capital lawyer to deliver legal services to our existing & new client base of high growth tech startups Specifically focusing on pre-seed, seed & series A deals This includes winning work, growing client relationships and understanding all stages of the corporate transaction lifecycle Our platform includes thousands of high quality legal templates to kickstart your work. However, this is an opportunity to create a better, faster way to do investment deals from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to work with state of the art artificial intelligence and workflow tools to speed up your work; automating templates, documents and all deal related material You’ll also be able to help us build the future of legal technology by advising our product teams on how to streamline investment deals with a better user experience About you You are a risk taking, commercially minded lawyer keen to learn about startups You will possess a strong understanding of case law / legislation and are proficient at providing sound legal advice You enjoy & are skilled at project management, managing processes end to end You enjoy trying new apps and technology to automate your work You want to continually improve through reading and learning (growth mindset) You believe in self-awareness and reflection to identify and improve weaknesses Interview process Our interview process can happen in as quick as 2 weeks!
