Validation Engineer (freelance)
Key Requirements;
- Validation engineering of equipment and utilities in a pharmaceutical environment.
- IOQ of mixers
- IOQ of balances
- IOQ of incubators/ovens
- IOQ of modified atmosphere packing machines
- Manufacturing process validation
- Cleaning validation
- Temperature mapping of warehouse
- Room qualification (particle monitoring/airflows etc.)
Experience and skills;
- Extensive experience of validation engineering in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Specialist knowledge of GMP derived through both practical experience and theoretical studies.
- A broad understanding of validation principles in general and the GMP expectations as applicable.
- Experience of engaging and dealing project stake holders.
- Validation project management
- Strong technical authoring skills
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP as applied in the biopharmaceutical or related industry
- Proven ability to meet timelines, prioritise tasks and engage with stakeholders
- Good communication skills and the ability to train people if required in Validation engineering
Location: This role is in North Wales. Alongside this project we have projects all throughout the UK and Ireland, for instance in the London, Dublin, Borehamwood and Crawley areas.
Hourly rate: between 45 and 55 GBP/ hour depending on what you bring to the table.
Starting ASAP.
