The post holder will be expected to provide a high standard of care, delivering SACT treatment to Lung Cancer patients whilst managing the Unit and the staff

Unit Manager Band 7

37.5 Hours permanent position

Applications are invited for the above post managing the Cecilia Unit based at Wythenshawe Hospital.

We require an experienced enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated qualified nurse who has an interest in managing a team delivering SACT treatment

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. They will be able to work autonomously, and link in with other healthcare teams and professionals.

The post consists of dedicated time to clinical practice, seeing patients, running telephone clinics, some teaching / training, as well as providing advice to other multidisciplinary team colleagues across the Trust.
