While 85% of product defects are generated early on in their lifecycle, most of them get fixed way too late, which is inefficient. The mission of Zero Defects is to enable companies to prevent defects as early as possible during the production process. We provide software as a service that enables companies to introduce and maintain the zero defects concept with complete traceability and transparency for small and medium-sized companies. The use of ZERO Defects results in increased process efficiency and superior product quality. On top, our customers develop a positive and quality orientated working culture, increase production ramp-up speeds and subsequently increase profit.

For our team, we are looking for a Working Student (all genders) Process Management.

Tasks

• You are working closely with the Management team and in day-to-day operations
• You prepare the documentation and presentations for the businesses, and produce reports for management
• You prepare the analytical reports and statistics for the data from the system
• You are involving in researching new market topics and introduction of new technologies
• Collection and systematization as well as expansion and maintenance of knowledge resources

Requirements

Requirements

• You are currently in the middle of your master program in Germany
• You have experience in researching the topics on internet and documenting the insights / Information
• You have good knowledge in common office applications, such as Excel or PowerPoint and you are interested in optimizing workflows of internal IT applications and analyzing data
• You have basic knowledge in any software programming languages (optional)
• You have experience in working with tools like Confluence, Jira and any Data visualization tool (Charting, graphs etc.)
