Diversity & Talent Manager
Leeds City Centre
£60,000 – £70,000
My client are an international business who are global leaders in their field. They are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Manager to join a very established team in a newly created position.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous experience working within Talent Management, DEI or Learning and Development to be given lots of autonomy and the chance to make the position your own.
As a Diversity & Talent Manager your duties will include:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives
- Identify talent development needs and recommend solutions
- Undertake coaching and career development talks
- Facilitate Learning & Development sessions
- Be the DEI expert to help attract and engage diverse talent
- Design and implement DEI strategies and initiative
- Conduct regular diversity audits and identify areas for improvement
As a Diversity & Talent Manager you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Talent Management is essential
- Previous experience working within DEI is ideal
- Previous experience designing and delivering training would be ideal
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
