Unit Manager Nursing Home (Clinical)
Hours Monday to Friday
Salary £46,000 per annum
90% Supernumerary
Unit Manager (active NMC PIN) to run 30 bedded nursing unit with a well-established care provider located in Liverpool, Merseyside.
The nursing unit provides care for elderly general nursing and dementia care residents. It boasts and excellent reputation with local services, CQC and the local community for quality of care.
As the unit manager you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the unit, whilst developing your leadership skills in supporting the nursing home manager with the day to day running of the service.
Suitable candidates should be confident communicators, effective leaders, and a qualified nurse. Committed to creating a professional caring environment for the residents. It goes without saying that suitable candidates will be the perfect blend of dedication, competence, and compassion. Be able to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all-round quality of care.
As a unit manager you will be guaranteed clinical autonomy within your role. Can enhance your professional skills and develop your career further with regular internal progression and promotion. Many of the group’s unit and clinical managers take advantage of internal leadership and management programme and go on to manage nursing homes of their own.
The role of requires you to have a current active NMC registration.
Salary offered £46,000 - £48,000 per annum.
Hours are Mon-Friday
