Supra Products Limited is a premier Architectural Hardware seller since 2016. It deals in Architectural Hardware products such as Door handles, Knobs and other Ironmongery with many more subcategories.
Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are seeking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team, and help drive our new business sales activity.
The role will involve developing our core sectors including Builder’s Merchants, Door and online retailers all around the UK. You will take the lead on further establishing and expanding our client’s customer base within the UK. This is a highly profitable and successful area, and you will be responsible for nurturing the existing accounts whilst driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager position selling a high-quality range of door & window hardware
- Majority of your time will be spent getting specified and selling to architectural ironmongers, visiting existing & new customers regularly.
- Maximising sales potential through new business generation; taking a proactive approach to targeting new customers.
- Analyse customer spends/trends to manage the product/service mix, pricing, and margins to ensure full range selling.
- There is scope to sell to national merchants & independent merchants such as: Travis Perkins, Jewson’s, Screwfix etc if you have that route to market experience
About you:
- A driven and resilient attitude towards sales, demonstrable success in a field-based sales role is essential.
- A natural leader who is sales focussed with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- An outstanding communicator, relationship builder & people person. You will be friendly and high-energy with a proactive work ethic.
- An ambitious, focused professional with a hunger to drive sales forward.
- Sales experience within the ironmongery, doors, flooring, interiors or similar route to market. Ideally experience working for or selling to merchants
- To maintain high standards of customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow
- Full UK Driving licence
