Yearly salary ranging from £26,000 - £27,500

- Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front Desk
- Control the flow of customers and orders throughout the service
- Manage all transactions during the service
- Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on the quality of guest service and hospitality
- Maximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Previous experience in organising Food and Beverage services in a range of outlets
- Front Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- Calm and organised
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
- Excellent grooming standards
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager
- Previous experience at the Supervisory level
