Community Care Workers required to join our Community Team working on twilight shifts working across the Manchester wide area. Due to the nature of this role and working hours, successful candidates MUST hold a valid driving licence and have a vehicle for work purposes.


Pay: £13.75 p/hr


  • Mileage - 40p per mile
  • Paid from start to finish of shift! (block payments)

Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.

As a Community Care Worker you will agree a working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift patterns, which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends
  • Twilight Shifts: 10:00pm - 3:00am (5 hours)
  • Working 3 to 5 shifts per week

We need caring, kind, compassionate people to work across the Manchester area, providing high-quality person-centred care in the Community Care Worker role.

  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training

You do not need care experience. If you have the right values, we will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Community Care Worker.

As a Community Care Worker, you will be provided with a comprehensive induction training on:

  • Community wellbeing, individual wellbeing, and personal outcomes;
  • Fluids and nutrition;
  • Medication, moving and handling, basic life support and first aid;
  • Infection prevention and control, health, and safety;
  • Professional boundaries, confidentiality, equality, and diversity;
  • Safeguarding, mental health and capacity.
