Page Personnel are supporting a successful manufacturing organisation in Nottingham with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy team.
This role offers a hybrid model - Circa 3-4 days per week in the office (Business needs dependent)
Job Description
The role of HR Advisor will support a busy and successful manufacturing organisation, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders on generalist people matters, including but not limited to:
- Support line managers on a wide range of employee relations casework
- Provide advise and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Continuous review and updating of HR polices and procedures as and when required
- Support with Recruitment
- HR reporting and data analysis
- HR projects and initiatives as and when required
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role.
