You are business oriented and very good with numbers!

What do we expect from you?
The UK Retail Performance Project Manager’s role is to consolidate KPIs, facilitate the understanding and effective utilisation of KPIs and reports, foster a KPIs-based approach, identify opportunities and share best practices. He/She works closely with the Retail Director, and the Europe Regional Retail Performance Manager. They support the UK Retail Director and Boutique Managers with on-demand quantitative/qualitative insights. They analyse overall market and individual quantitative performance, and define action plans, working in close collaboration with all departments and aligned with HQ guidelines.
Your main tasks will focus on:
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Performance enhancement projects
- Cross-functional Support & Sales Achievements
This position is based in London, within the Retail Department.
