About the role
We're actively seeking a Business Analyst who is self-driven, eager to learn, and possesses foundational organizational and time-management abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement workshops, engaging closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
- Act as a bridge primarily between the development team and stakeholders, with assistance on engaging with other cross-functional teams as needed.
- Assist in generating project artifacts, such as process diagrams and data flow diagrams.
- Support the Product Owner in software design based on research and defined requirements.
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and solutions under supervision.
- Draft requirements as user stories, ensuring alignment with user story functionality.
- Contribute to communicating the product vision, aiding the development team in comprehending requirements, flows, and complexities.
- Participate in reviews and tests of the evolving product, ensuring it aligns with its prescribed requirements.
About you
Essential Skills & Experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as business analyst.
- Good communication abilities, including presenting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of BA software and methodologies.
- Ability to delve into requirements and queries.
- Foundational documentation skills – organized approach.
- Basic stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
- Experience or familiarity with tools like Jira & Confluence.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies in digital project management.
Soft Skills & Attitudinal Attributes:
- Tenacious and driven.

- Eagerness for knowledge and personal growth.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Analytical mindset.
- Basic negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Educational & Certification Preferences:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in Business Analysis are a plus but not mandatory.
