LGV Cat C (Class 2) Driver
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Morris and Perry Ltd a leading provider of Aggregate, Asphalt and Ready mix within Somerset, requires permanent LGV Cat C (HGV Class 2) drivers. Newly qualified drivers welcome as training will be provided.
Working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday AM shifts required.
Hours of work from 05:00, the role is based on a 50-hour week with overtime available. No nights out
The Role:
· Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Asphalt, Aggregates & Ready Mix Concrete to various locations
· Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately whilst adhering to safe working practices
· Completing daily vehicle checks with regards to safety and Dept. of Transport requirements and keeping the truck in acceptable condition

Driver Requirements:
· Have a flexible approach to working patterns and start times to meet the needs of the business.

· Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
· Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service
· Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
· Must have a good geographical knowledge

· Digi-Card Required
· License - Category C
