Tiger Private are in search of a dedicated and discreet Personal Assistant with nannying experience for an UHNW family in South-west Wales
Based in the scenic county of Carmarthenshire, South-west Wales, this is an exciting opportunity to join a creative family in a fast paced and forward thinking environment. The parents run a creative tech business, where they work from home and often travel internationally to Europe and America. This is a live in position (accommodation provided just 5 minutes outside the property) which includes both Business / Private PA duties as well as Nanny duties (70/30).
We are looking for someone who is confident in managing both personal and business calendars, interacting with international clients, as well as a strong ability to network and manage and organise events. Ideally you will need to have experience in some sort of admin capacity and a desire to learn and grow with this dynamic and tight knit team. Acting as the support network for both the family and the businesses, you will be the go to for ad-hoc administrative duties, brand management, and some social media account management, as well as assisting with any media engagements where necessary. As the family travel frequently to the US and Europe on business and leisure, you will be booking international travel, including flights and accommodation, as well joining the family and their team on these trips.
Both parents are hands on and are very involved in all parts of their children’s lives, they are looking for someone who will fit in with all aspects of family life, who is more than happy to assist with childcare/ babysitting duties. These will include occasional school pick-ups, taking the children on outings to ensure paperwork can be completed, providing engaging and fun activities and babysitting on some evenings when the children are comfortable.
The ideal candidate will be unflappable, resilient and a self-starter with bags of initiative who loves total immersion in their role. It’s important they are able to keep up with an energetic role. The role and hours will encompass both busier and quieter periods, where you may need to travel internationally at short notice, thus flexibility and the ability to take initiative is key.
Due to the rural location of the property, a UK drivers licence is mandatory.
