We are looking for experienced Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting palletised goods and materials. The Drivers must have a valid driver's license, DQC, DIGICARD and a clean driving record. Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the road. Additionally, the Drivers must be able to work independently and efficiently, and be able to follow directions accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Make multi-drop deliveries using designated vehicle within time windows.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Carry out proof of delivery procedure on electronic device.
- Report vehicle defects, loading/delivery issues, RTA's to transport office.
- Communicate face to face with public and commercial customers.
- Keep track of delivery schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
