Role - Treasury and Payments Analyst Jnr / Grad aka Treasury Analyst, Payments Analyst
Location - London - Mayfair / Marylebone (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days work from home)
Salary - 25 - 35K + Bonus + 6% Pension + Private Medical + 25 days
The role
You will be working within Clearing & Custody Operations of a rapidly growing wealth manager and platform provider to other operators in the wealth industry e.g. IFA’s DFM’s
Duties
- Monitor main inbox for incoming client and internal treasury payments instructions
- Book trades across internal and external systems
- Liaise with clients, counterparties and custodian banks re instructions and issues
- Liaise with internal control teams over payment authorisation
- Monitor cash/FX projections reacting to changes circumstances
- Identify and solve breaks where possible
- Identify and escalate issues to management or compliance teams
- Project work around enhancements of systems, processes, and controls
You
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role or graduate with an interest in developing a career
- Interest in the Capital Markets and investment industry
Nice to have’s
- Exposure to CASS – Client Asset Sourcebook
- Experience of Prime Brokerage or Securities clearing
