We're looking for a hard-working Account Executive with a proven ability to handle a high volume / high value book ranging from SMB to Enterprise level. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quotas, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building, growing and closing a pipeline of business. The candidate will have shown success in both new business and account management sales, with experience navigating complex organisations and selling to multiple decision-makers in the C-Suite.
What You'll Be Doing
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, key players and competitors;
- Strategically build your book to close new business, in addition to renewing & growing existing accounts;
- Exceed monthly / quarterly sales quota targets;
- Create strong partnerships with complimentary organisations to generate new opportunities, while providing value to your client base;
- Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment;
- Strategically deliver web based and in person presentations;
- Comfortably sell to Executive & C-Suite stakeholders;
- Effectively communicate and partner with third-party agencies to close business;
- Thrive with change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, and coachable;
- Strong organisation and prioritisation of your book to improve revenue while providing an excellent client experience;
- Aim to individually challenge (and win!) while being an excellent teammate - collaborating with existing team members.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI;
- 3+ years of Sales experience (prior sales, professional services or tech experience desired) with a consistent track record of success;
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, or relevant other experience;
- Ability to prioritise and lead SMB to Enterprise Accounts with a strong focus on retention and growing your book of business;
- Consistent track record to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to travel up to 25%;
- Strong belief in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients;
- A passion for excellent customer service;
- Technically savvy and specifically skilled in HubSpot;
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication;
- Research, identify, and steadfastly generate and close new opportunities;
- Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
Desirable Qualities:
- Creativity!! We are looking for someone who is keen to shake things up in our team bringing new ideas to the table;
- Experience with high-level (Director or above) contract negotiations and the ability to optimally navigate sophisticated organisations;
- Methodically qualify, build, and handle an accurate sales funnel
- Ability to maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
Remuneration:
- £30-40k base, £50-65k OTE (depending on experience)

We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their knowledge and experience as part of a growing team. You will have the opportunity to suggest new ideas for projects and participate in regular strategy meetings. Full role support will be provided.
