Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team. You will play a crucial role in helping us to develop, implement and deliver specific projects to fulfil the strategic objectives of Macclesfield Primary Network.
The Project Management Team will define the priority areas for delivery. The role will involve working alongside the PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Programme Manager and the PCN Lead Educator.
The post holder will contribute to innovation and change in service delivery taking responsibility for project management as required and help manage any delegated actions arising from weekly Project Management meetings.
Main Duties of the Job:
- To provide management support to the PCN Programme Management Team in the delivery of specific projects and initiatives.
- To lead, develop, supervise, and support a team.
- Working with the Clinical Directors and Management Team to develop and monitor progress against the PCN Work Programme.
- Produce project documentation including project initiation documents, daily activity logs, lessons learnt, risk and issue registers and any other relevant reports.
