We support the global pharmaceutical and life science industries delivering lifesaving vaccines around the world from our regional Centre of Excellence in the UK, US and Singapore.

Key Deliverables
You will be responsible for
- Developing, monitoring, and implementing Tower’s people management strategy
- Being an advocate and leader for the company’s new values and it’s cultural growth
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, in the UK, US and Singapore
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all Global HR initiatives, recruitment, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Reporting on the performance and progress of the HR department to senior stakeholders
- Directing change management and organisational development
- Compliance with Tower’s Business Management System and internal processes
Job Requirements
Education
- Degree/HND or equivalent
- At least CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent
- Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
Experience
- Proven experience of working in a standalone HR role in an SME, or as a strong number 2 ready to make their move into the Head of Function
- An understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
