Head of Treasury, Planning & Compliance
Are you an experienced finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset? Are you adept at managing treasury operations, financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance? If so, we have an extremely exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as the Head of Treasury, Planning, and Compliance.
As the Head of Treasury, Planning, and Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial related to treasury management, providing a proactive and responsive financial service, and ensuring adequate financial controls are in place and adhered to. You will play a pivotal role in managing financial risks, external reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance & reporting, and developing strategies to support our long-term financial objectives.
This is a Hybrid role whereby you will be required to work 2 days per week at our Boston office.
Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for collating economic forecasts and assumptions, and preparation of the 30-year business plan, including scenario stress testing and mitigation modelling.
- Oversee and maintain the online directory of loan facilities and drawings, and be a key member of the project team for any additional funding, refinancing, loan amendments or consents.
- Review loan maturities, security charging and hedging arrangements.
- Ensure the Group is maximising the value of both new and existing Property assets in relation to both lender security and book value
- Be responsible for the Group’s banking arrangements and all associated reporting.
- Maintain cashflow forecasts for the Group, ensuring liquidity ratios are compliant with policy.
- Responsible for regulatory and lender compliance submissions.
To be successful in this role you will need a strong commercial outlook with a proven background across treasury management, having previous experience in managing and developing a team is also essential.
Strong Excel skills are required for this role, and you will need to be a fully qualified accountant, with strong communication skills and the ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
This role provides scope for individuals that may come from accounting within the public sector, manufacturing, or other commercial sectors to diversify their accounting practice within a new sector.
