This role reports to: Security Operations and Resilience Manager, Group Security and Resilience Team
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and analysing intelligence of internal and external risks which may jeopardise the safety and security of our people, sites and assets. You will also be developing effective plans to mitigate those risks in support of our business targets as well as supporting Group Security and Resilience Team Subject Matter Experts in the delivery of key team goals.

What you will be doing:
- Provide global guidance of the Rolls-Royce Travel Security programme, ensuring a globally aligned approach to the evaluation of travel security risks and the delivery of effective approval processes and risk mitigation plans for business travellers. This includes liaising with service providers to ensure they are providing accurate business traveller tracking across all regions and businesses and monitoring new and emerging geopolitical risks threats to provide balanced threat assessments in support of RR business activities in developed and emerging markets.
- Liaison with service providers to ensure they are providing accurate business traveller tracking across all regions and businesses. Utilising information from existing service providers and open source intelligence to regularly review country risk ratings.
- Mentorship of the Travel Security element of the GBS Portal, ensuring that travel security information is up to date and review travel security requests to Amber and Red countries, ensuring that travellers are complying with the company travel security policy.
- Partner with major hotel chains and secure ground transportation companies to identify suitably secure accommodation and transportation routes for business travellers and international assignees.
- Provide all travellers with relevant and balanced travel security advice and training, pertinent to their travel destination and personal profile.
- Ensure travel security procedures in line with policies defined by the Group Security and Resilience Team Director and ensure that travel security training is regularly reviewed and updated to align to the company travel policy.
- Support the wider Group Security and Resilience team, to ensure successful delivery of key team goals including but not limited to; GSART Dashboard, Resilience Assurance Visits, Bow Tie risk modelling, Business Continuity reviews, Resilience Snapshot activities and liaising with a range of Rolls-Royce facilities to ensure that GSART policy non-compliance actions are being suitably progressed towards closure.
- Provide incident support to the Group Security Director in the management of incidents affecting RR employees on business travel. Acting as an Incident Support Team loggist when required.
- Develop and deliver effective Risk mitigation plans for events hosted or attended by Rolls-Royce personnel, including conferences, air shows, recruitment fayres and so on. Working with the Head of Group Security and Resilience, EMEA to develop risk mitigation plans for identified risk to protect the company's people and reputation.

- Knowledge of the Global Business Operations of Rolls-Royce, and the geopolitical/security risks associated with operating in those locations.
- Confirmed record of implementing risk management strategies across multi-business organisations.
- Required to have the credibility, ability and influence necessary to operate at the highest levels of the Company.
- Confirmed ability to ensure the collation and evaluation of information about geopolitical, resilience and physical security risks, and to produce detailed and accurate threat assessment reports.
- A good understanding of security, resilience and risk management best practice.
- Confirmed ability to develop and implement risk and governance strategies, policies and processes.
- Ability to influence senior managers to adopt and implement changes in policy and behaviour, driving a culture of compliance to policy and ethical best practice.
