Baker St Cakes - The Macaron & Cake Boutique in Stoneygate Allandale Road Leicester requires an individual that is awesome, passionate about coffee & cake with great customer service skills..
We are a successful Macaron and Cake Boutique providing cakes, macarons and many other delicious treats all made in house by ourselves. We also have a busy front of house where we serve beautiful tea, coffee and cold drinks along with all of our treats . We are very proud to be rated highly on TripAdvisor and on all social media platforms.
We are known for creating unique and delicious treats but also for our warm and friendly customer service.. We operate from Wednesday to Sunday where we are very busy with both eat in and take away orders.
We require someone who has the passion to provide customers with a great experience, someone who is in love with the products we sell including our lovely coffee and someone who has great management and organisation skills.

Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar environment.
Must be available to work on wednesday, thursday and friday and weekend shift saturday and sunday.
Must have an understanding of the cake and coffee industry.
Must be well presented.
Trained or have experience in the art of coffee making.
Management experience is desirable.
Have the desire to set and maintain your own high standards and always delivering above customer expectation.
Have great organisation skills.
Have a proven ability to work in and manage a high-volume retail outlet.
Be organised, hard-working and reliable.
Be flexible and willing to adapt to business needs and hours.
Be an excellent communicator and have experience of training other staff members
Have an understanding of Food Hygiene regulations.
Be familiar with various social media platforms and how to use them effectively to market products.
Based on a 16 - 35 hour working week. including weekend.
