What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with our experienced travel planners to create tailor-made itineraries that fulfill our customers' dreams.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, building relationships, and offering expert recommendations.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and leads with efficiency, making a lasting impression on prospective travelers.
  • Take the initiative to follow up with potential customers through outbound communication, turning leads into sales, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Work towards exciting sales targets with enticing incentives to fuel your journey.
  • Stay well-versed in our current product offerings and expand your knowledge through self-development and educational trips to our destinations.
  • Take ownership of your work quality to ensure a seamless customer experience and minimize errors.
  • Share your travel insights and feedback with the team, contributing to our collective expertise.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A Travel and Tourism graduate who dreams of a career in the travel industry.
  • Quick learner with a knack for using Microsoft applications and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • While experience with GDS systems like Amadeus is a bonus, a thirst for knowledge is equally valued.
  • Commercially savvy with an eye for detail, you're a proactive problem solver.
