Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
Location: Based in Beeston, Nottingham for the majority of time with a requirement to travel to our Loughborough Training Centre in Floor laying.

What you'll do as a Training Coordinator
Coaching and support your apprentices throughout their course, shaping their learning experience, and providing support and guidance whilst monitoring and challenging the apprentices progress.
Deliver a blend of virtual and face-to-face meetings with both your apprentice and employer. This will include travel to employer sites and workplaces.
Guide and support apprentices through their course using methods such as, observations, work product, written evidence, professional discussions, and other methods to help build a portfolio of evidence.
About you
To be a successful Training Coordinator, we are looking for someone that has experience working with young adults.
Holds strong organisational skills and is a great communicator who can adapt to different audiences.
Administration plays a large part in the role, so good computer literacy is a must.
A driving license and access to a vehicle, although we do have a fleet of cars for on-site visits available.
You will work independently against a set cohort of learners, so being able to prioritise your time effectively is paramount.
Note: Practical Training will be delivered by an external team of fully trained professionals and this role is about how you can support both the apprentices and the employers in driving the apprentices progression forward. (No previous knowledge of Floor laying is required as training to support knowledge and understanding will be provided)

Our Training Coordinators can expect a competitive starting salary of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on your skills and experience.
We work a 37.5 hr week, Monday to Friday 37.5 and our Training Coordinators have control over their own work schedules, so you can fit in all your appointments and commitments within the week whilst being able to enjoy your weekends and bank holidays.
Full sick pay is awarded after successful completion of the probationary period (6 months)
25 days annual leave to take throughout the year alongside all public bank holidays.
