TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – SOUTH-WEST LONDON
Basic Salary: £25,000
Commission (On Target Earnings): £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £90K year 3
Location: Oval, South West London

The day-to-day role of a recruitment consultant includes:
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn
- Cold calling potential new businesses
- Taking briefs on client and candidate requirements to make informed choices in matching the two
- Preparing your candidate for interviews and taking feedback from both parties after the interview
- Delivering offers to your candidate and supporting them in deciding on the most suitable job role
- Negotiating salaries and closing the deal
