In the role of Hotel Housekeeper you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team at both St Martins Lodge - a 28 bedroom luxury hotel, and St Martins House Conference Centre, both located in the Cathedral Area of Leicester City Centre

Your role will include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms to the highest standard
  • Replenishing linen and guest supplies
  • Providing a great guest experience
  • Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
  • Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.

We offer 28 bedrooms, including a top floor junior suite with many original features of this historic building retained including the hallway with its chandelier and elegant staircase. Each room is individually styled in sympathy with the historic architecture and character of the original building.

With an elegant mix of period features and contemporary styling, St Martins House Conference Centre is the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, weddings and events. We offer 5 flexible spaces which can accommodate from 2 to 200 people, all of which have natural daylight and are complete with AV facilities.
