Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in our front-of-house operations, facilitating delightful customer interactions and processing payments.
- Manage the ordering of materials needed for our service team to excel in their jobs.
- Make use of your organisational prowess by scheduling and managing jobs using our job management software (Tradify).
- Maintain and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
- Use your creative flair in managing and updating our social media pages.
- Manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to drive productivity and enhance our customer service.
- Assist with account reconciliation tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of college education.
- Experience in office administration.
- Proficient in job management software and modern IT applications.
- Experience in the plumbing, heating, or building trade is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
- Problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions under pressure.
- Must have own computer and reliable internet connection.
