Job Title: Associate Consultant
Division: Actuarial/Technology

I'm looking for Associate Consultants to join our Actuarial and Technology divisions. These are exciting entry-level roles, joining fun & high-performing teams, with a structured training programme, fast progression and an opportunity to earn an uncapped bonus.

What will you be doing?

• Advertising, database searching, using job boards, LinkedIn and direct headhunting

• Booking and preparing candidates in for interviews

• Passing feedback between candidates and clients

• Negotiating, making offers and closing/signing up applicants/clients

• Preparing CVs for presentation to clients

• Delivering within time frames agreed upon with clients

• Hitting your targets and making commission!
