THE ROLE
You’ll ensure our smooth operation carries on to the evening and across the weekend. with full accountability for the team who deliver the later parcel operation, you'll lead and inspire a team of front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep. Being a great leader means creating a positive and engaging work environment, promoting inclusivity, and being a role model by living our values.
To ensure we reach our best with people management, resource planning and specialist project activity, You’ll also partner with Trade Union to keep raising the bar as you coach your team to deliver great performance improvement. This role is integral to making sure our parcel operation runs as smoothly as possible. You’ll play a major part in the trust we build with customers.

SHIFT PATTERNS
Part time: 25.5 hours
The hours below should reflect the hours you will be performing, however the Flexibility is required.
Week 1: Mon – Wed Off, Thu 13:30-19:30, Fri 13:30-19:30, Sat 12:00-18:30, Sun 10:00-18:30.
Week 2: Mon 13:30-19:30, Tue 13:30-19:30, Wed 13:30-19:30 Thu 13:30-19:30 Fri – Sun Off
Location
This role will be predominantly focused on the parcel hub operations within the LA/FY pipeline area, however will also oversee the CA/DG pipeline area.
Salary
Minimum Salary will be It will be pro-rata for 25.5 hours. So £40,000 / 41 x 25.5 = £24,878.
