This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive student experience by supporting all of our apprenticeship students to help them perform to their highest potential through the provision of excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
The Student Course Administrator will be the first point of contact for student apprenticeship enquiries , advising on a wide range of course-related matters as well as dealing with general enquiries from prospective students. The appointed candidate will also provide routine administrative support to all members of the course office and undertake specific tasks as required. They will report to the Senior Apprenticeship Officer / Head of Academic Services.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have administrative experience and experience of working in a busy customer focused environment, multi-tasking and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements
Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector and of SITS student records database would be desirable

Subject to agreement, relevant Professional Services roles may be undertaken in a hybrid way. This involves a combination of working on campus and at home each week.
