More about your role

As one of our Trainee Property Managers you will be responsible for the assisting with the management of properties, you will manage a full portfolio ensuring client, company and statutory requirements are all correct. As part of your role as a Trainee you will be provided with a buddy to guide you through the role as a Property Manager, the role is great for an individual who is looking to start their career in the Property Management industry.

You will oversee the marketing of properties and ensure void periods are kept to a minimum. It will be your job to liaise directly with all potential clients, landlords and you will have responsibility for keeping your line manager up to date with any problems/queries. You will also offer solutions and advice to all internal and external clients when a query is raised.

For this role we require you to have excellent communication skills whilst also possessing the skill to adapt your communication style based on the situation at hand. With this role no day will ever be the same but you will have a constant workload and we require an individual that is able to effectively manage their busy workload whilst always working accurately with the ability to multi task.

As part of this role you will get the opportunity to work on our new developments which are based in Glasgow, therefore the ideal applicant will be based in Glasgow.

A driving licence is required for this role.

More about you

We require an individual who has significant experience working with customers and up to one year experience working in an office environment. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with all variances of people.

A part of this role will be to keep our systems up to date by regularly inputting information, therefore we require an individual who has had experience and is confident working within IT.

Previous experience working within property/lettings is highly desirable but not essential and full training will be given to the successful applicant.
