Trainee Marketing Manager
Successful candidates will work with our marketing team to grow sales and customer acquisitions along with managing promotional marketing activities as part of this marketing training. Once fully trained, daily duties will consist of the following:
- Representing a large number of UK brands with both poise and professionalism.
- On behalf of the clients we work with, we maintain and create relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Meeting individual and team targets by generating customer acquisitions through B2B, B2C, events, and residential campaigns.
- Developing marketing strategies to enhance sales and customer growth.
- Being a highly regarded part of a team that is expanding quickly.
- Training, teaching, and guiding our newest recruits.
- Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns for various populations.
Successful candidates will be trained across different departments to gain skills and experience in customer service, sales, leadership, marketing, recruitment, HR, and management.
Individuals who are motivated, driven, and seeking a fresh challenge are what we're searching for. No previous experience is required because complete training will be given.
Trainee Marketing Manager requirements:
- Must be passionate about working with people and shows a can-do attitude.
- Must be able to work at least three days between Monday - Friday.
- We are seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset seeking personal and professional growth.
- This is not a work-from-home position. Successful candidates must be able to commute to our office in the Edinburgh City Centre. This opportunity also has a field-type element to it.
