Main Responsibilities
- Provide Assistance with activities of daily living
- Carry out services as specified in the care receivers plan
- Schedule care to adhere to timetables that have been agreed for each care plan
- Have a high standard of personal care and show understanding at all times
- Observe, care to the individual needs of the client, ensuring at all times these are being met
- Assisting clients with mobility problems and other physical disabilities
As the Ideal Candidate you
- Are friendly organised and always act in a professional manner
- Able to work independently and as part of team
- Complete all care records accurately
- Able to work under pressure
- Advantageous to have a NVQ in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3) not essential
