Job Title: Online Administration Coordinator
Location: Largely Remote working, with occasion team days at local BCA site
Salary: £22,150 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Wednesday-Sunday, 7.30am-4.30pm)

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to undertake various activities to ensure smooth running of the Online department, including the transition of sales through online systems and supporting wider business areas with various administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and maintain the online systems to ensure sales are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Communicate with key business stakeholders effectively and ensure data is available to all parties in line with current SLA’s.
- Ensure all requests are managed in a timely and effective manner. Communicate with internal and external customers to provide a quick and cost-effective resolution in the interest of all parties within stated guidelines.
- Produce accurate reporting and data recorded in line with current SLA’s and areas KPI’s.
- Manage and maintain area specific provisional systems, updating bespoke systems accurately and in line with business SLA’s coordinating sales between buyers and vendors.
- Manage and maintain Proxy/Auto Buy bid management function for online buyers ensuring the accuracy of the data is recorded in bespoke systems.
- Use appropriate RPA software to support in administrative tasks to include but not limited to lotting.
- Centralised low level technical service and triage support to internal/external customers.
- Planning Prioritising and Problem Solving – Manages own time effectively, using initiative and critical thinking.
- Demonstrates Business Values and Behaviours.
- Undertake cross-functional or ad-hoc tasks within the Online department as necessary to meet operational requirements and self-development.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
- Fully literate on MS Office mainly Microsoft Word, Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Organised with good time management.
- Drive and Results focused
- Excellent communicator both written and oral.
- High level of attention to detail
- Developing an awareness and understanding of analytic data and providing insights
- Problem solves solutions and technical ability
- Ability to attend closest centre for working Onsite days.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products
- The ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative
- The ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and self-aware
- Background of Customer Service Experience
