Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role supporting a busy and vibrant large primary school set in outstanding grounds in Ewell? If so, this role could be for you!

Your Opportunity

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and pro-active Operations Manager to provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure our fantastic school runs smoothly, effectively and cohesively. You will have overall responsibility for the leadership of all operational support in school and will be the first point of call for compliance with GDPR principles and health and safety.

You must have excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills and able to motivate and inspire. You will work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced Head of School and Senior Leadership team; to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Details:


Hours: 35 hours a week - can be split over 4 or 5 days

Weeks: 41 (term time plus 3 weeks)

Salary: FTE: £32,136-£43,960 (pro-rata £28,257 - £38,653)

Grade: Associate Staff Pay Scale - Senior Specialist Range
