Ferns Group is expanding! We have an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Management Supervisor to join our new team based in Maidenhead.

Utilising your TM experience you will lead a team of operatives to cover works in the area, this role will be a working as part of the team on the road and assisting management with resources and stock within the depot and other general duties communicating with the management via phone on a daily basis.

Shift Rate/Salary or self employed pay options.

Requirements:

• Traffic Management Experience and knowledge required.
• IT Skills and experience
• Ability to Survey sites in person and on-line.
• Assist the wider TM team with daily operational tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in maintaining good customer service

Salary: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

• Maidenhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
