At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Traffic Administrator based at our Queenslie Depot.
The position of Traffic Administrator involves:
- Support daily planning activity for a fleet of vehicles operating locally – including deliveries and collections.
- Co-ordination activities to include vehicle route planning and scheduling.
- Managing and de-briefing drivers.
- Co-ordinating with the team to enable vehicle maintenance and service schedule for the contract vehicles.
- Monitor, check and scan all driver to customer proof of deliveries.
- Working with a number of internal programmes to achieve effective operation of the business.
- Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
- General administration duties to include, filing, photocopying and data input.
- Dealing with customer queries, in a professional and timely manner.
