Our clients need your support around the clock. This means our Care Professional can work early mornings, late evenings or weekends depending on their availability. The times you are available to work could be the times we need you the most! Whether you have 5 free hours a week or 16, as long as your availability is consistent week in, week out we are able to match you with our wonderful clients and get you out in the community caring for others.
At Home Instead, we do things a little differently. All Care Professional/Client relationships are pre-matched meaning you will see the same smiling faces week in week out. Visits are always a minimum of an hour long too, meaning there’s plenty of time to build meaningful friendships. As the saying goes, love your work and never work a day in your life!

- Live around Darlington and Northallerton
- We prefer you to have access to a car as some of our clients live in rural areas. They like you to accompany them on outings and appointments

No qualifications required ,we just need you to have the drive to care, support and make a difference to someone's life in their own home.

Additional Information
- We believe in person-centred care for our clients, which means all of our visits are a minimum of 1 hour, to give plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client.
- You will be matched to clients based on mutual interests and hobbies and will consistently see the same clients each time.
- Salary £10.50 per hour (£11.00 at weekends) and double pay on Public holidays
