TILING AND DECORATING ROLE | £15 PER HR / £35-41K | MOBILE ROLE – BASE LOCATION SHEFFIELD | SUITABLE FOR - TILER / PAINTER AND DECORATOR / BATHROOM FITTER / FITTER INSTALLER

Catch 22 are currently working with a property maintenance company based in Sheffield who are seeking an experienced Tiler to provide high quality and efficient tiling work on domestic properties in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

Details of the role below;

• Carrying out floor and wall tiling on domestic properties as well as other preparation, demolition and construction work as required.
• Must be qualified with minimum City & Guilds Level 2 - Wall and Floor Tiling
• Salary of around £35,000 (Based on a rate of pay of £15ph working around 45 hours per week, with overtime available)
• Minimum 5 years site experience as a tiler preferred.
• Ability to carry out other fabric repairs such as painting and decorating and carpentry is desirable.
• Van included + door to door.
• Must be confident with technology to complete accurate record of work carried out.
• Base location of Sheffield, with further travel to areas such as Mablethorpe, Nottingham, and Halifax.
