To support the continued growth of the company we are now seeking a full-time pattern technologist with the drive to help us make a difference to the lives of many children and adults.
Based at our Long Eaton headquarters you will work alongside the sales and marketing team, product management and clinical specialists to respond to the individual requests for made to measure garments to enable the management of burns and scaring, and to treat SDO, Sensory Dynamic Orthosis conditions.
You will have excellent planning and organizing skills and will be friendly and outgoing. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be engaged in training and the education of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating made to measure patterns, amendments to existing patterns, alterations and liaising with clients for measurement queries
  • Creation of a order summery on the made to measure Gerber system
  • Reviewing made to measure patterns and making pattern changes as necessary for

alterations. * Close collaboration with the production team to ensure order deadlines are met

  • A degree or equivalent in clothing technology or manufacture/ fashion
  • IT skills -Ms office (Word, Excel, etc), MS Outlook, Teams
  • Be a quick learner
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, have attention to detail & be a strong team player is crucial
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Gerber system or similar
  • Understanding of garment construction, production pattern and the manufacturing

process. * Experience with grading

  • 39 Hours per week
