The Project Manager, PS Connect Service Experience will help our academic and professional services users of PS Connect to complete their activities and processes more simply and efficiently, to enable them to focus on their core roles. The postholder will be responsible for delivering enabling projects including platform development, content creation and continuous improvement processes.
They will need to understand our customers and their needs and work closely with colleagues in the PS Connect team to ensure successful project planning, execution and delivery, including the hands-on creation of supporting reporting and governance materials. This is a pivotal role for the success of the PS Connect programme and will require a keen focus on transforming processes and platforms within an operational environment.
The Project Manager, PS Connect Service Experience will be part of the PS Connect Programme Team and will work closely with Assistant Director, Service Experience as well as the PS Connect Programme Manager and other professionals including Change Management, Organisation Design and Development, Business Process Automation, Project Managers and Service Managers.
