We are searching for an articulate, driven Sales Consultant to join our team, based in our Gallery on the Kings Road, Chelsea. Experience within the Art Industry isn’t imperative, although this would be preferred.
As a small team, we are looking for someone who can bring great enthusiasm to the role, fulfilling their duties as a team player whilst working towards the primary goal of increasing sales volume for the gallery.

About Us:
We are a contemporary Art Gallery based on the world famous Kings Road, Chelsea. Established in 2012 by our director Emma Moir, our passion has and continues to be bringing together recognised investment artwork with emerging talents.
We have built ourselves an impeccable reputation over the years for having access to artwork by some of the biggest names in the art world, including Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, Keith Haring, Harland Miller, Andy Warhol and more.
In addition to investment works, we continually source fresh, emerging talent to showcase, offering our clients artwork at a range of price points, comprising original paintings, limited edition prints, photography and mixed media works.
The Role:
- Selling artwork to footfall in the gallery
- Communicating new artwork and events to clients (you will be given a warm list of clients from our database, but will be expected to generate new leads as you go)
- Maximising opportunities to turn a client interest into a sale
- Assisting and arranging home visits, taking artwork to clients homes
- Assisting the gallery manager with curation and physical hang of the gallery, along with artwork deliveries and collections
- Ensuring the gallery is always tidy, clear and presentable
- Assisting the gallery manager with running events and exhibition openings
- Maintaining up to date inventory and imagery, on Google Drive
- Maintaining the stock room
- Proactive research into the gallery, the artists we represent and any relevant events within the wider art market
- Meeting individual sales targets, month by month
- Business Development - researching and mapping out potential corporate partners, including interior designers, offices, developers and hospitality businesses
*There will be opportunities to get involved with the gallery website, social media, and PR as the role develops.
The base salary will be £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience, with a strong commission structure in place.
