Job description
Duties:
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
- Planning production schedule
- Manage Team Leaders and machine operatives
- Investigate and rectify underperformance
- Provide training for a member of staff
- Dealing with sickness and absence issues
- Work closely with HR department
- Ensure that H&S procedures are strictly adhered to by all team members
- Ensure all team members are issued with and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Ensure all housekeeping requirements are met for the workplace

Experience:
- Prior management role
- Experience managing within a fast paced operations
- Experience of and Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of dealing with sickness absence/disciplinary & grievance issues
- Good communication skills
